Sorry jane, keeping myself looking clean (kuno) - don't hate me too. I look younger daw kasi kapag ganyan style (sabi nila).
Sadly, here in HK appearance makes the first impression when you meet someone face-to-face (the watch you're wearing, shoes, clothes, etc - if you enter in a decent shop, they'll look at what you have) so whoever said that 'you can’t judge a book by its cover' failed to note that 93% of how we are judged is based on our appearance.
Dibale it's your hubby anyways, you're not gonna hate him just because of that. :mrgreen:

You really really love me C, huh? Well a new hairstyle will change more than your looks. It's not your face that gives you away - it's the hairstyle.
Think about it, if celebrities can change their hairstyle to make a statement, why can't we, right? So ask Ryan to have a haircut this weekend and dine together at a fine resto. Just bring me home some grilled fish on top of a green salad. :mrgreen:

A few weeks back in a fit of madness I grabbed a packet of blonde hair dye and planted a big stripe across the side of my head. I like to think it looks cool! LOL!!

Hi, K! I also went to a nearby salon bringing a magazine of Westlife. When I was already having the haircut, I asked the stylist to shape and cut my hair just like Shane Filan. The stylist just looked at me with a raised eyebrow. He said that he can't do the hairdo shown in the mag, my hair texture is different (I have a wavy hair) claimed the stylist. So, I went home not-so-satisfied, but hey, I got the spiky style, (with the gel on) less the color and highlights.:lol: Sometimes, we just wanna be a celebrity...:cool:

I think we all are celeberity here in our own blogs, JV. :lol: Didn't you notice? Most personal blogs out there always speaks about "me, me, me, me" otherwise if not, then it's all about "you, you, you". What I mean is, posting about my hairstyles on a blog is about proclaiming myself a "celebrity" already. Hahaha.
I'm a poser but I'm not rich. I've always got what I need and then some - but really, having a haircut in a decent shop is so expensive. One time I had one at ESPRIT and the fookers ripped off my credit card. I requested only a simple haircut upon seeing it was 30%off but ended up paying them the original price because they upsell their services, add more colors, put highlites there, cut more here, etc. So now I learned my lesson.

New hair cut, new template. Wordpress gives this kind of magic, no HTML needed just simple clicks and you're at it.

we gotta appreciate sincere stylists :) i once went into a salon demanding to have the style Julianne Moore had in some magazine. it was marvelous when i stepped out of the salon. but the next day it was horrible! damn blowdrying.

Sometimes I tend to disagree with them, Dez. Hair salons may seem like harmless places, but unfortunately there are salons like Esprit and stylists out there who are more concerned about making dollars than they are with their jobs. Well, it's reasonably obvious, they want your money.
In similar situations like clothes shops, if you're trying on some shoes or jeans, they'll expect you to buy the item or they'll give you the face and their over-friendliness service, when you first entered their shops, drops down.
I think the old BARBERs will work for me next time - as I heard they work slowly but they keep your hair trimmed properly.

Remember my previous post about singing, you said that "I should sing" because obviously you missed to click on the image to hear my song. Tell me, is it your new haircolor thing that makes you a bit 'absent-minded' or something else?
This "White As Milk Theme" looks a bit cool to me, tho' since not too many people from wordpress uses this one and I like the text visibility and NO BOXES on my sidebars. Don't worry Charles, I tend to change themes from time to time - I'd never get satisfied on things permanently.

If you could only see it closely, I have grey hairs, short hair makes me 10 yrs younger (I wish) and its easy to manage. I was just concerned with my sideburns.

No Jason, that's in HK dollars about US$13. Expensive you think? I remembered when I was in my elementary grades, getting a cut from a barber was really really scary, that time they uses an odd "knife" (I forgot what it's called) like a big razor blade while me and my brothers would hide away from our parents although they would always caught us, I'd pretty much get used to getting the short barber-cut until I finished my college.
